Music I Love
Before meditating in the morning or evening, I often listen to any and all kinds of music, it's all good. I just listen to anything I crave to hear, any song from anywhere on Earth, from every genre, band, orchestra, or singer. Each one gets my heart resonating in a different way. So all music is potentially good to prepare me for meditation.
But during meditation, I am very particular. There is only one musician whose work I tend to listen to during meditation. The music of David Parsons.
